Where do the Account Plan visualizations come from?

The interactive tabs do not simply display by accident, nor do end users have to build them. They are designed and deployed by Content Creators using X-Pages Studio.

These Content Creators start with a pre-built Account Plan template, customizing the visual elements to display the exact metrics that matter most to the field force.

To create a custom tab, a Content Creator logs into X-Pages Studio and selects the Account Plan template from the Studio Templates tab.

Once the template is open, the Content Creator has total creative freedom to customize the page to perfectly match their team's unique workflow. They can easily design layouts, adjust components, or tailor the visuals to their liking. If they are in a bit of a rush, this step is completely optional, as the template works beautifully right out of the box.

When it's time to launch and deploy the new page, X-Pages Studio prompts the Content Creator to choose an Object Type, which determines how the page is prioritized for end users. If the creator wants this specific page to display before any other account plan X-Pages, they'll select Account Plan Default. If they prefer it to display alongside other account plan X-Pages, they'll opt for the standard Account Plan option instead.

Once the Content Creator deploys the customized page from X-Pages Studio to the production environment, the visualizations are available as tabs on the Account Plan object layouts for Sarah and her teammates.
