How do field users use Account Profiling sheets?

Account Profiling sheets are the go-to tool for field users to update information for multiple accounts at once, right from their iPads.

Let’s use the Natevba Review template we just created to update and submit information for two HCPs we recently met with.

  1. Select More, and Account Profiling.

  2. Select Natevba Review.

  3. Update the following fields for the row corresponding to Account, Kevin Alcantar:

    • Selling Stage - Pre-Launch

    • Speaker Skills - Novice

  4. Update the following fields for the row corresponding to Account, Karl Bach:

  • Selling Stage - Contracting

  • Speaker Skills - Intermediate

  1. Select and enable the Edited filter.

  2. Select Save to save your edits to the database.

  3. Select Submit only after all necessary updates are complete.

  4. Select Submit again, and optionally, leave a comment.

The separate Save and Submit buttons mean you don't have to complete the sheet in one go. You can make a few changes and save, then come back later, make more changes, and save again until you're done. When you select Submit after completing all of the updates, the sheet is locked and no longer editable.

What happens if I enter incorrect information?

If you enter information that doesn’t fit the template’s rules, for example, a formatting error, a red border surrounds the field when you try to save or submit the sheet. You’ll also see an error icon next to the account name.

Just select the icon to see what needs fixing, make the change, and you’re good to go.
