Understanding Hot List metrics
When a user opens a Hot List, they are presented with a wealth of information organized into easy-to-read columns. Here is what field users will see:
- Rank - Accounts are ranked strictly from 1 (most important) to 30 (least important). The list is locked into this sorting order to ensure reps focus on top priorities first.
- Reason - An Info icon that users can tap to understand why this specific account was placed on the Hot List
- Account Name & Affiliation - Quick links to the Account Detail and Primary Parent (Affiliation) records. Job Title, City, and State are also displayed for rapid context.
- LTC (Last Time Contacted) - An automated estimate of the time passed since the last engagement
-
A•P (Actual and Potential) - A powerful visual progress bar comparing Actual prescriptions (within a defined period) against Potential possible prescriptions. The bar is color-coded to instantly communicate progress.
-
Actions - Users don't need to leave the list to get to work. They can create calls, log medical interactions, record medical inquiries, or send emails straight from the Hot List row.
-
Acknowledged - A simple checkbox field users can select to indicate they've completed an outreach task for that account. Selecting this checkbox dimly lights the row, giving the user a visual cue that the account has been handled. This state persists even if they leave the tab and return later.
