Your Challenge
Interact with a high-priority account - Log into your training or sandbox environment (where Hot Lists have been populated) and do the following for an account in the Hot List:
- View the A•P and LTC metrics - has it been Days, Weeks, or Months since they were last contacted?
- View the Reason to understand why an account was added
- Draft an email to the account
- Acknowledge your interaction
- Finally, schedule a call with the account using the Hot List in My Schedule
Solution
- Navigate to the Hot Lists tab.
- Select an account and view the A•P progress bar and the LTC column.
- Select the Reason info icon to the left of an account name to see why it was targeted.
- Select the Send Email action button to draft an Email directly from the list.
- Select the Acknowledged checkbox next to the account name.
- Navigate to My Schedule.
- Select your active Hot List in the account selection panel.
- Drag and drop a ranked Hot List account to tomorrow's schedule.
