What is a suggestion?

A suggestion is an actionable recommendation or insight presented to users about how to engage with their accounts. Suggestions generally include the following:

  • Recommended next best action and channel
  • Associated products
  • Justification for why it is being recommended

Each suggestion can be urgent or normal, depending on its assigned priority. Urgent suggestions are always listed first when you view your Suggestions List.

Suggestions are created using information from a number of sources, including Vault CRM interaction history, sales data, and market research data.

You can view all your suggestions by selecting the Suggestions home page widget, or you can view only the suggestions for a specific account by navigating to the Overview tab for the account.
