What is a Suggestion?

A Suggestion is an actionable recommendation or insight associated with a specific account that is presented to users to effectively engage with their accounts. These recommendations are created using customer or partner-generated data, for example, Vault CRM interaction history, sales data, and market research.

Suggestions generally contain the following information:

  • Recommended next best action and channel

  • Associated products

  • Justification for why it is being recommended

Suggestions are generally public by default, associated at the Account level for all users, but they can be configured to be private. You can view all of your Suggestions by selecting the Suggestions homepage widget. To view account-specific Suggestions, navigate to the Overview tab of the account.

Each Suggestion can be designated as urgent or normal. Urgent Suggestions by default are listed first when you view your Suggestions List.
