Suggestions analyze data from internal and external sources loaded into Vault CRM and are displayed to users based on a set of visibility and sorting rules.

Suggestions are powered by data science, which mines the large volume of data available in the life sciences industry and uses predictive and adaptive analytics to make recommendations and learn from subsequent actions. Data science used for Suggestions can be as simple as using basic interaction data, or as complex as using multiple data sources.

The Vault Data Science Connector gives you the flexibility to use the data science technology of your choice or your own internal solution.
