What are the different types of Suggestions and how do I view them?

Suggestion Types

There are four types of Suggestions:

  • Call - A recommendation to schedule a call with the associated account

  • Call Detail - A recommendation to create a specific Call Objective

  • Email - A recommendation to send a specific Approved Email to the associated account

  • Insight - Information deemed valuable, but not directly actionable

Suggestion Visibility

There are two visibility settings for Suggestions:

  • Public - Suggestions are associated at the Account level, regardless of the user

  • Action taken against a public Suggestion applies to all users with access to the associated Account

  • Private - Suggestions are assigned to an individual user and Account

  • Action taken against a private Suggestion is not applied to other users

  • Private Suggestions can be made public via the Sharing Settings
