How do I access BEE?

BEE is integrated with your existing PromoMats/MedComms instance. When you create an Email Template in PromoMats/MedComms, or edit an existing template using BEE, the editor opens allowing you to make updates to that template.

For example, your organization is launching a new product and you want to create an Approved Email template your team can use to send information to the target accounts. To create a template:

  1. Log into your PromoMats/MedComms instance.

  2. Create a new document and select Placeholder.

  3. Select Email Template as the document type.

  4. Enter a Name and any other required properties, and select Save.

When you edit the document, BEE opens in a new window so you can begin designing your template.

Your organization has full control over which users can access this feature, ensuring the integrity of your template content. For more information about controlling access to BEE, see Related Permissions.

The BEE toolbar provides access to basic features:

  • Help - Displays the Vault Help, which contains an overview on BEE, and its components, and a link to the BEE documentation
  • Show Structure - Displays the overall Email template structure
  • Preview - Displays a preview of how the template will appear on a desktop or mobile device
  • Close/Save - Closes or saves the template
