How do I add Vault Document links to my templates?

Templates are not just about look and feel. You can add links to product-related documents stored in PromoMats/MedComms, such as prescribing information or important safety information. These links will be included in every email sent using that template ensuring your HCP accounts have the information they need.

To add a link to a Vault document, the document must be in an Approved state, and be identified in the template's Related Document Properties.

To insert a Vault document link:

  1. Add the link text to your template.
  2. Select the link text, and then select Special Links > Vault Links. A list of Vault documents displays.
  3. Select Prescribing Information Vault Document from the menu to insert the link.

When a reader selects the link, the associated document displays. You can associate documents with a template when you edit the template properties in PromoMats/MedComms.
