In a call with an HCP, you discuss your company’s latest product. The HCP expresses interest, so you promise to send additional information.
After the call, you send an email to the HCP using a template containing detailed information on the efficacy of the latest product.
Because the content is already approved by your organization, you can be assured the email is accurate and compliant. You add some additional fragments of approved information on the product and send the message.
