How do I manage emails on the Email Tab?
You can use the Email Tab as a central location for managing Approved Email messages.
Users can quickly view a list of all messages sent in the past, and preview the content. Scheduled messages also display, and the scheduled time and date can be easily changed. Users can even save drafts of their work, so they can finish composing a message and send it at a later time.

The Email Tab offers several features that allow users to communicate with customers easily and efficiently.
Folders
To keep things organized, the Email Tab has three main areas, or folders. These are the Drafts, Scheduled, and Sent folders.
Can’t remember if you sent that important email to a key client? Find out quickly by viewing the Sent folder on the Email Tab. All of your past email messages are readily available.
Need to change the delivery date for a scheduled email? No problem! Just open the scheduled message from the Email Tab and choose a new date or time.
Are you in the middle of writing an important message, but need to verify some information before you click send? The Email Tab has you covered! You can save the message as a draft and continue working on it later. You’ll be able to pick up right where you left off, with no worries about losing your work.
