How does content become available for testing?

You can make Approved Email content available for testing by updating the content's status in PromoMats/MedComms to Staged, then syncing your sandbox Vault CRM instance with the connected PromoMats/MedComms Vault. This means that, even though the content is not fully available, it has still been reviewed by your company's compliance and content teams before it enters Vault CRM.

Only content administrators can access staged content, so even in a sandbox, your untested content remains unavailable to your end users until its fully tested and ready.
