How do I send test Approved Emails to addresses other than my own?

In certain situations, you might want to send a staged Approved Email to an email address other than your own. Fortunately, there are two ways to change the recipient of a test Approved Email.

Changing the address from the test Approved Email

Any time you compose a test Approved Email, you can click Change Test Email Address to enter the email address you want to use, giving you the flexibility of ensuring test emails are seen in the right in-boxes.

Setting a default test email address

There's a dedicated setting that lets you set the default email address for all test Approved Emails. When you use this setting, every content admin in your Vault will have their test Approved Emails sent to the same email address by default. This makes it easy to keep track of test emails, since they can be funneled to the same address.
