Challenge 1 - Send a test Email Template
Let's say you have a new Approved Email template that you want to make sure works and displays correctly. To do this, you'll need the following:
- An Email Template with a status of Staged
- A Vault CRM user configured as a content admin
Challenge 2 - Change the recipient of a test Approved Email
You decide that you want to test your staged Approved Email by sending it to an address other than your own. To do this, you'll need to:
- Compose an Approved Email with content that has a status of Staged
- Select the Change Test Email Address link
- Access the inbox of the entered email address
