How can I use Auto-Publishing with Approved Email?
Auto-Publishing for Approved Email gives you an agile, speedy way to create email fragments right inside CRM. It’s specifically designed for content that doesn’t need a formal MLR review.
|
To get started, you’ll need to configure CRM Auto-Publishing for Email Fragments. |
Let’s look at an example. Andy, a Marketing Manager, wants to give his sales team a branded “Happy Holidays” PDF they can easily share with their accounts. How can he get this done quickly? Let's take a look:
-
Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Veeva Contents.
-
Select +Create.
-
Populate the following fields.
-
Veeva Content Name
-
Content Status - Approved
-
Description
-
Display Name
-
-
SelectPublish for Approved Email.
-
Select Save.
-
Navigate to the Attachments section to upload media.
The "Happy Holidays" PDF email fragment is now available to field users to share with their accounts.
Following the holidays, let’s see how we can expire the email fragment:
-
Navigate to the email fragment record.
-
Select the edit icon.
-
Update the Content Status field to Expired.
-
Select Save.
This email fragment is now expired and no longer available for field users to share.

Notice that this process happens with Vault CRM, making it a quick self-contained way to generate non-regulated email content without involving PromoMats. |
