How can I create a report on CLM activity?

Let’s look at an example by creating a report. Verteo BioPharma’s marketing team wants to analyze the performance of all CLM presentations for their top product, Natevba, in the last quarter. Follow along to see how we can build a common and useful report.

1. Navigate to the Reports tab.

2. Select Create.

3. Select the Call with Call Key Message Report Type.

4. Select Continue.

5. Select Edit Columns; add the following columns:

   • Call Key Message: Key Message Name

   • Call Key Message: Product

   • Call Key Message: Duration

   • Call Key Message: Reaction

   • Call: Account

   • Call: Date

6. Configure the following filters:

   • Call Key Message > Product, Equals, Natevba

   • Call > Date, Previous Quarter

7. Select Run to preview the report.

8. Select Save; enter the Name and Description field, optionally.

9. Select Save.

To share reports with executives and decision-makers, reports can also be exported to Excel or as .csv and .pdf files.
