Challenge 1 - Capture consent from Approved Email
You are a field user calling on an HCP who previously unsubscribed from Natevba emails. During your visit, the HCP tells you she'd like to start receiving your digital content again. You want to send her a Natevba email right after the call. Complete this task without leaving the Approved Email workflow unnecessarily.
- Navigate to the appropriate account record in Vault CRM.
- Select the All Actions button.
- Select Send Email.
- Select an email template to compose an Approved Email.
- Open the selected email template.
- Select the ineligible HCP recipient.
- Select the All Actions button.
- Select Consent Capture to capture consent.
- Toggle the Natevba toggle.
- Select Continue.
- Confirm the consent and select Continue.
- Select Finish to return to Approved Email.
- Send the email.
- Verify that the Sent Email record displays in the Sent Emails related list for the account.
