Consent Capture involves coordination between multiple people, each of which have distinct roles and responsibilities. It’s important to understand each of these roles and how they all work together:

• Business Admin – These are Vault CRM users who create and manage records to determine how the Consent Capture screen displays for field users, according to business needs and compliance regulations.
• Field User – These are Vault CRM users who interact with HCPs and capture their consent for various channels
• HCP – These are healthcare professionals who interact with field users and grant their consent for various channels
