Challenge - Capture consent for the account and product Levels
Let's capture consent for an HCP at the account and product levels. Use Veeva's standard Messaging and Approved Email channels. Try this in your sandbox Vault CRM instance, then view the solution below.
- Navigate to an account.
- Select the More Actions menu.
- Select Consent Capture.
- Select the toggle for Messaging to opt in. Consent for Messaging is captured for the account, even if the account's phone number changes.
- Select the toggle for a product under the Approved Email channel. This means the account can only receive emails at this email address about Natevba, and not about other products.
- Select Continue. This is when a field user hands the device to the HCP to allow them to confirm the consent changes.
- Select the check boxes for any consent or disclaimer text for each channel.
- Select Continue.
- Capture the HCP's signature. The HCP returns the device to the field user after signing.
- Select Accept to confirm the signature.
- Select Finish to exit Consent Capture.
