Where do I access chat?

You can access chat from the Engage tab in Vault CRM.

You can also chat with HCPs during Engage meetings. However, chats during an Engage meeting are not saved and cannot be viewed outside of that meeting.

You can chat with any HCP as long as you're connected. Navigate to the HCP you want to chat with in Vault CRM.

Select the Engage profile indicator next to their name, then select the Chat button to start a chat.

How can I review my chat history?

You can view your chat threads in the Engage tab in Vault CRM.

For instance, next week you have five face-to-face meetings with different HCPs. You want to confirm your upcoming meetings, so you access the existing chat thread with each HCP and message them.

Now that you’re reviewing the chat history with each HCP, you realize you forgot to send information to one of them before the meeting, so you quickly send approved content via chat.
