How do I connect with HCPs?
You can only chat with an HCP after you’ve established a link, or a connection, in Engage. There are two ways to automatically connect with an HCP:
- After your initial Engage meeting with a new HCP
- After sending a web link to an HCP from Vault CRM using Engage chat
However, you can also manually invite an HCP to connect using the following methods:
- Send a connection invite from Vault CRM
- Select Connect in the Engage profile indicator on their account in Vault CRM. This is only available if the Vault CRM account is linked to the HCP's Engage account.
The HCP must accept the invitation for you to become connected and be able to chat.
