Let’s practice! Now that you’ve been introduced to the basic concepts of Engage chat, try these exercises in your sandbox Vault CRM instance.
Challenge 1: Sign into Vault CRM and view the Engage profile indicator on an account
Open the Vault CRM app and sign in. Navigate to an account with an linked Engage profile. If you're not already connected, select Connect. If you are connected, select Chat to navigate directly to a chat thread with this account in the Engage tab.

You've found an account linked to an active Engage profile! Since you're already connected, you can immediately chat with this HCP.
Challenge 2: Send chat messages
Try sending different types of messages in your chat thread.
