How do I monitor and report on data about Engage chat?
Your company can request various reports with data and metrics about Engage chat to analyze how you use chat. Perhaps your company needs to check how often you contact your HCPs and if your chats are compliant. They can review your chat records to see how many chats you send, how many web links are shared, and how many appointment booking requests are sent and accepted.

Chat logs can also be imported into Vault CRM as chat messages (for monitoring with Approved Notes) or call records (to record samples and other call-related activities).
