Challenge - Enable Engage Chat for a pilot group
Your organization wants to pilot Engage Chat with the new Natevba sales team before a full rollout. Ensure Engage Chat is enabled for the existing Engage Connect Group for the Natevba team while ensuring the rest of the organization continues to use Engage Ping.
- Select and expand the Tab Collections icon.
- Select CRM Setup.
- Select and expand Engage Setup.
- Select Engage Connect Administration.
- Select the drop-down corresponding to the User Communication Channel.
- Select Ping.
- Select Save.
- Select Edit corresponding to the Engage Connect Group, Verteo - Natevba Sales.
- Select the drop-down corresponding to the User Communication Channel.
- Select Chat.
- Select Save.
- Select Engage Connect Administration to navigate to the previous page.
- Select Save.
