How can users use Chat?
Now let’s dive into Engage Chat. Chat is a compliant instant messaging tool. It allows for a persistent, two-way conversation between a field user and a connected HCP, similar to iMessage or WhatsApp.
Engage Chat can be accessed in the following ways:

Field Users - The Chats tab in the Vault CRM app for iPad and iPhone

Engage Customers - Customers can use Chat via the browser or the Engage app for iOS and Android
While the Engage app is not required to use Chat, it provides a seamless experience for mobile devices, including real-time push notifications for new Chat messages.
Now let’s see how a common scenario plays out in Engage Chat. In this scenario, an HCP, Dr. Ackerman, sends a message to their field user, Sarah Jones, to request additional samples of Natevba 10mg. Sarah responds to the request and then uses the Share Contact function to share the Engage Profile of an MSL colleague who can answer additional questions Dr. Ackerman may have.
