Let’s practice! Now that you’ve been introduced to the basic concepts of Engage, try these challenges in your sandbox Vault CRM instance.
Challenge 1: Schedule and host an Engage meeting
Let’s say you’re a sales rep who needs to meet with an HCP remotely. Create an Engage meeting call report for a test account and send an invite to the account. Make sure you send the invitation to an email address that you can access. Then start the meeting as a host.
Now you’re the HCP invited to the meeting. On a second device, open the invite email and join the meeting from the link.
Play around with the meeting controls on both devices and try sharing CLM content, but don’t end the meeting just yet!

In a few easy steps, you've successfully scheduled and started an Engage meeting!
Challenge 2: Capture a remote signature
Maybe the HCP asks for a product sample during the meeting. As a rep, you have to capture their signature as proof that the HCP wanted the sample. Send a remote signature request to the HCP’s device from the call report.
On your second device, open the request and submit a signature as an HCP.
Return to your first device and accept the signature.

You've requested and captured a signature using a fully remote process that takes only minutes to complete.
