Can I enable Engage meetings and Microsoft Teams meetings for the same users?

One of the best parts of this feature is that you can give users access to both Engage meetings and Microsoft Teams meetings and allow them to select the best one for their meeting.

When both are enabled at the same time, users see a generic schedule option followed with the option to select the appropriate application.

iPad

Select All Actions > Schedule Meeting.

Select the appropriate meeting platform.

Browser (High Performance Call Report not enabled)

Select the Schedule button on the Call Page.

Select the appropriate meeting platform.

Browser (High Performance Call Report)

Select All Actions > Schedule Meeting.

Select the appropriate meeting platform.

This works in a similar fashion with the Meet Now feature.
