This is a great option if you have an unplanned opportunity to speak with an account and you want to quickly start an ad hoc remote meeting. This single click effectively is two steps in one - it schedules as well as starts the remote meeting.

Once the meeting starts, you can return to the call in Vault CRM and share the meeting link with the attendees just as you would if you had scheduled the meeting in advance.
