How can an HCP access the appointment booking site?

There are three ways for an HCP to access the appointment booking site:

• You send an account-specific link to the appointment booking site via Approved Email
• The HCP selects the Schedule (mobile) or Schedule Meeting (Browser) button from your digital business card
• The HCP selects the Schedule (mobile) or Schedule Meeting (Browser) button from your user profile when signed into Engage

The option you choose for your HCPs depends on what functionality is configured for you in Vault CRM, and which of your HCPs have Engage accounts.
