Challenge — Create an Object Workflow for event approvals
Your task is to create a basic Object Workflow in Vault CRM that can be used for an event approval process. Build a workflow with the following characteristics:
- Includes one Decision step with at least one rule based on a field value, with Entry Criteria Not Met as the Else rule
- Includes one Approval Task assigned to a participant group with the Make available to users in participant group setting
To create a basic Object Workflow for event approvals:
- Navigate to the appropriate workflow.

Select + Create to add a Task step with the following properties:
- Label – Enter an appropriate label
- Assign Task To – Select the appropriate participant group
- Make available to users in participant group – Select this check box
- Verdicts – Create Approve and Reject verdicts
- Task Requirement = Required
- Custom Action = Create Event Team Member and Event History
- Select Save.
- Select + Create to add a new Decision type step.
- Add a rule based on a field value, set the then path to a subsequent Action step that approves the event.
- Select Save.
