How do I generate printed invitations and sign-in sheets?
When your admins have uploaded invitation or sign-in templates to a catalog, you can generate print-ready documents automatically, rather than building them by hand.
For example, as her Cholecap speaker program approaches, Sarah generates printed invitations to confirm her attendees and a sign-in sheet for the day of the event. She previews each template to confirm her event details look right, stays logged in while the files build, then downloads the finished documents from Attachments.
To generate print materials:
- Navigate to your event.
- Select Generate Invitations or Generate Sign-In Sheet. A list of available templates displays.
- Select a template to preview the file.
- Select Generate Invitations or Generate Sign-In Sheet to build it.
Once generation is complete, you can view and download the file from the Attachments related list of the event material.

Generation may take several minutes and requires a valid user session throughout. If you log out before it finishes, the file is added the next time the event is accessed. If the event isn't accessed within 7 days, you'll need to regenerate the template. |
