Challenge — Generate a Sign-In Sheet for Your Event
You're preparing for an upcoming speaker program and need a printed sign-in sheet ready for the day. Add the sign-in template to your event, then generate and download the finished sheet:
- Open your event and add a sign-in sheet material from the catalog
- Generate a sign-in sheet from an available template
- Download the finished file from the event material's Attachments
- Navigate to your event.
- Scroll to the Event Materials section.
- Select Create.
- Select the appropriate object type for a sign-in template.
- Use the Material lookup to select the appropriate catalog record.
- Select Save.
- Select the Generate Sign-In Sheet button.
- Select a template to preview the file.
- Select Generate Sign-In Sheet.
- Navigate to the Attachments related list of the event material once generation is complete.
- Select the Download icon to download your finished sign-in sheet.
