Challenge - Upload a list of target accounts for a new product

A new product is launching next quarter, and the marketing team needs to upload a list of target accounts. As an admin, you are tasked with creating a new Data Grid Loader configuration for the business admins to use for this upload.

To do this, you’ll need:

  • Template Name - Q3 Product Launch Targets

  • Object - Accounts

  • Fields to Include:

    • Name (Required) - name__v<R>

    • NPI ID (Required) - npi__v<R>

    • ID - ID__v

    • Email - email_cda__v

    • City - city_cda__v

    • Country - primary_country__v

  • Template Access - Everyone

  1. Navigate to the Data Grid Configuration tab and select Create.

  2. Populate the Template Name field.

  3. Set the Status to Active.

  4. Populate the Object Name field with Account.

  5. Populate the Field List with the following fields:

    • name__v<R>

    • npi__v<R>

    • ID__v

    • email_cda__v

    • City_cda__v

    • primary_country__v

  6. Set the Access Type field as Tab.

  7. Leave the Country and Sharing Groups fields blank to ensure the template applies to all users.

  8. Select Save.
