She enters "Clinton Ackerman" into the search bar. Because her system is integrated with Veeva Network MDM, the search includes accounts beyond her local territory from the master database. She sees a result for Clinton Ackerman at Newton Memorial Hospital.
Sarah selects his name and reviews the details. Everything looks correct, including his license for Natevba. She selects the Add to Territory button. Instantly, Dr. Ackerman’s full profile, including his address, specialty, and identifiers, is made available in her list of accounts in Vault CRM. Sarah didn't have to type a single line of text.
