How do I request an update to a doctor's information?

A few days later, Sarah arrives at Newton Memorial Hospital to see Dr. Joan Chen. While checking in, the receptionist mentions that Dr. Chen has moved to a different suite in the building. Sarah notices that Vault CRM still shows the old suite.

Sarah knows she shouldn't just type over the address, as this record is Network-controlled to maintain data integrity. Instead, she initiates a Data Change Request (DCR). She selects the Edit icon on Dr. Chen’s address and enters the new suite. She can even add a note or an attachment, for example, a business card, to help the data librarians verify the change.

Once Sarah submits the request, a Pending badge displays on Dr. Chen's account details. This lets Sarah’s colleagues know that a change is underway, preventing them from submitting the same request. Sarah can continue her work promoting Restolar and Cholecap to Dr. Chen while the Network experts verify the new address in the background.
