You are preparing for a launch meeting for Labrinone. You need to meet with Christine Beacher, an HCP who is not currently in your territory in Vault CRM. You also heard she recently started working at Newton Memorial Hospital.
Your Challenge
- Locate the account for Christine Beacher in Vault CRM by searching the Network MDM database.
- Once found, verify her primary address is at Newton Memorial Hospital.
- Add Christine Beacher to your territory.
- Notice that her office phone number is missing a digit. Initiate a Data Change Request to suggest the correct phone number.
- Check the record to ensure the Pending badge is displayed.
- Select the Accounts menu.
- In the search bar, type Christine Beacher and select search.
- Review the search results and select the entry associated with Newton Memorial Hospital.
- Select Add to Territory (or the + icon) to import the record.
- On Christine's new Account page, select the Edit icon next to the Phone field.
- Enter the correct phone number and select Save.
- In the DCR submission dialog, add a brief note: "Updated phone number per office receptionist" and select Submit.
- Confirm that a Pending icon now displays next to the updated field.
