In standard CRM views, users are often limited to seeing only accounts in their territory. Hierarchy Explorer allows them to see Global Network Data.

A user can view the full hierarchy of a Health System, even if some of those child accounts are not yet in their territory.

Context-Aware Displays

The integration can be customized for each business unit. You can configure different widgets for different teams using Application Profiles.
