Users can create Key Medical Insights from several CRM entry points.

Account page - for example, an HCP Profile page

  1. Select the More icon from the tab bar, then select Accounts.
  2. Select the account to which you want to associate a Key Medical Insight.
  3. Select Create Medical Insight from the All Actions menu.
  4. Complete the required information.
  5. Select the All Actions menu, then select Save or Submit.

Medical Event detail page - can be added even after the event is over

  1. Select the More icon from the tab bar, then select Medical Events.
  2. Select the event to which you want to associate a Key Medical Insight.
  3. Select Create Medical Insight from the All Actions menu.
  4. Select an attendee to associate with the Key Medical Insight.
  5. Complete the required information.
  6. Select the All Actions menu, then select Save or Submit.

  1. Select the More icon from the tab bar, then select Medical Insights.
  2. Select the plus icon.
  3. Complete the required information.
  4. Select the All Actions menu, then select Save or Submit.

Call Report - create from a call report, which, when saved, becomes part of the call record

  1. Select the Create a Call icon from the account for which you want to create a Call Report.
  2. Select the type of interaction.
  3. Select Create Medical Insight from the All Actions menu on the Call Report.
  4. Complete the required information.
  5. Select Save.

Encourage field users to learn more about their KOLs and enter any information in a Key Medical Insight that could be useful to others in the organization.
