How does the Patient Adherence process work?
The core of Patient Adherence is a cycle of patient outreach and documentation.
-
Enrollment - A patient is enrolled in check-in as part of their Patient Journey.
-
Assignment - A Patient Educator is assigned to the patient.
-
Automatic Scheduling - Patient CRM schedules the first check-in based on the check-in enrollment date, as defined by the CRM admin
-
Check-In Completion - The Patient Educator completes and documents their check-in, closing the Adherence record.
-
Rolling Creation - Patient CRM automatically schedules the next check-in as long as the Patient Journey is active.
What are the key types of records?
To manage Patient Adherence effectively, Patient CRM uses three types of records:
-
Adherence Record - Linked to the Patient Journey and stores the overall enrollment status and assigned Patient Educator
-
Check-In Detail Record - Stores an individual check-in’s details, for example, date, status, or notes
-
Check-In Activity Record - A system-managed log of all events populating the Activity Feed, for example, completed calls and cadence changes. Values are stamped at the time of creation, preserving an accurate historical record.
