How do I navigate the Adherence tab as a Patient Educator?

The Adherence tab within Patient CRM is where Sarah, our Patient Educator, starts her day. It’s her central hub for managing patient check-ins from start to finish. The tab is organized into sections based on the check-in lifecycle.

• Today’s Section - High-priority check-ins to complete due today, or overdue check-ins

• Upcoming Check-Ins - All future scheduled check-ins beyond the current date

• Stopped Check-Ins - Patients who have discontinued or completed their Patient Journey
