Challenge - Create a Patient Journey and enroll a patient in the Patient Journey.

Let's create a Patient Journey for a new product, Natevba, and enroll an existing patient into the new Patient Journey.

Part 1

  1. Navigate to the Business Admin page.

  2. Navigate to the Patient Journey object.

  3. Select +Create.

  4. Select Continue.

  5. Populate the Patient Journey creation fields.

  6. Select Save.

Part 2

  1. Select a case and select Begin Intake.

  2. Search for the patient, Claire Redfield and select +Create Case.

  3. Use the Patient Journey drop-down to select Natevba Patient Journey.

  4. Select Create Patient Journey.

  5. Select Complete Intake & View Patient Journey.
