Why would I want to see metrics for my competitor's products?

Viewing competitor product metrics alongside your company's products can be very helpful to users when they are planning calls with accounts. If a user is planning to introduce a new drug to one of their HCPs during a call, it would be very helpful to know that the HCP is knowledgeable and prefers to prescribe a similar, competitor product.

For example, you are preparing for a call with an HCP. You plan to speak to him about prescribing a new drug. You note on the Ratings and Awareness tab that a competitor product is listed as Prefers. This tells you that you need to communicate the differences between the products, as well as the benefits of the new drug.
