Can Product Metrics help users find qualified event speakers?

Pharmaceutical companies are always looking for qualified HCPs or MSLs to make a speech or presentation to other HCPs about one of your products, or a specific disease that is treated by one of your products. However, identifying qualified event speakers can be very challenging.

Users are in the best position to help identify potential speakers. And they can use Product Metrics to keep track of which HCPs might be qualified.

For example, you just met with an HCP and are updating the Ratings and Evaluations page for his account. The HCP is already rated as an expert speaker for one of the products, and has spoken to other HCPs on five occasions already concerning the drug's benefit to patients.

Under Speaker Skills, you update his rating for another product from Green to Novice. During your discussion with him today regarding the other product, you feel confidant that he has made significant progress in his understanding and prescribing the drug to his patients.

It could be that at some point in the future, when your Brand Manager is looking for an HCP to speak about this product at an event, that they contact the HCP based on his product metric score for speaker skills.
