How can I keep track of which samples I give to customers?
The Vault CRM call report is the go-to tool for reps completing daily tasks involving their accounts. Reps can capture lots of different types of information in pre-call planning, during the call, and even post-call notes. Samples are just one of the items reps can track.
When you visit an HCP, you typically create a Call Report to keep track of all the details of the interaction, including the products you focused on, any other attendees, medical inquiries captured, and what samples, if any, you disbursed. To keep an accurate record, you'd add the specific products, quantities, and if applicable, the lot numbers of the samples you gave to the HCP.
