How do I know what samples are available?

To satisfy auditing rules, field reps must keep an accurate inventory of the samples that have been disbursed to them. This also helps users know what samples they have in stock and available to give to their accounts. You can use the Sample Inventory page in Vault CRM to record the number of samples you have. Companies typically expect their field users to complete a physical inventory every 90 days. This helps ensure the accuracy of the sample numbers you see displayed in My Samples.

When new samples are added to your inventory, these numbers are reflected in My Samples. Sample Admins activate new lots as part of a regular process or as a result of a user's request for more inventory.

It's a Best Practice for users to submit their inventory immediately after confirming Sample Receipts.
