Challenge - Return a sample lot that's expired
Let's return a sample lot to the manufacturer from your inventory because its expiration date has passed. To do this, you'll use your My Samples page.
Solution
Select New Return from the Sample Transactions section of the My Samples tab and complete the appropriate fields.
