How do I organize my outreach with Target Lists?

Sarah is starting a new project: she needs to contact a specific group of specialists to provide updated clinical data for Natevba. Instead of working from a static document, she builds a dynamic Target List in Service Center.

To begin, Sarah filters her My Accounts roster to find the relevant specialists. Once she has her list, she exports it as a CSV file. Over in the Service Center Outbound tab, she selects Create Target List (plus icon). After naming her list, adding a description, and setting her dates, she simply drags and drops her CSV file into the Import window.

Service Center identifies the accounts automatically. Sarah reviews the list in its Draft state to ensure everything looks correct. Once satisfied, she selects Activate List. Immediately, her HCP targets move to the Not Started status, and she is ready to begin reaching out.

Note that you can add and remove targets after activating the list. To add targets, simply select Add Targets from the list header and search for the appropriate targets. To remove targets, select the Remove Target option from the All Actions menu on an individual target in the list and confirm the removal.

Be sure of your timeline! Start Dates cannot be modified once a list is activated.
