Challenge - Complete an Outbound Target Activity
Complete an outbound target activity for an HCP who is currently in your Not Started view:

Find an HCP in your Not Started view and add him to Today's Focus

Start a call and record that you successfully reached him

Save the attempt so the target moves to the Closed state

Navigate to the Not Started view in the Outbound tab for Service Center.

Hover over a target card and select the plus (+) icon for Add to Today’s Focus.

Navigate to the Today's Focus tab.

Select the HCP’s phone number to start a call.
-
End the call.

Select Yes (Reached) in the Target Activity Guide.

Select a Call Action.

Add Attempt Notes (optional).

Select Save Attempt.

Verify that the HCP is now listed in the Done Today tab as Closed.
