How do I select a User Type and Country?

To generate standardized data, every user must have a User Type and Country. You either select the User Type and Country from a prompt the first time you log in to Vault CRM or an admin data loads this information in advance.

To select a User Type, choose an option from the prompt:

Sales

Field-based, hybrid, and/or virtual users who make calls to individual prescribers, nurses, administrators, and other clinician customers

Medical

Field medical, home-office medical, and medically trained professional users who interact with accounts for scientific engagement only (no promotional purpose)

Users managing configuration or using Vault CRM primarily for administrative tasks

Select a Country

To select your country, scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top of the Country menu.

Users on the Browser platform can’t select their User Type and Country manually. Admins must data load User Type and Country information for these users.
