Challenge - Create and Associate a Suggestion Survey

Cholecap is a market-leading product, but market share is slipping. Your team has pushed a Discuss Cholecap Coverage Suggestion to field users. However, they are dismissing the Suggestion and claiming that many of their HCPs are already Cholecap advocates and don’t need the coverage talk.

As the survey designer, complete the following steps to verify this.

  1. Create a survey titled Cholecap Engagement Feedback with the picklist question, Reason for Dismissal and the following options:

    • Account is already a Cholecap advocate

    • HCP prefers Competrix

    • No time for coverage discussion

  2. Publish the survey

  3. Associate the survey to the Suggestion record, Discuss Cholecap Coverage

 

  1. Navigate to the Surveys object as a business admin.

  2. Create a Suggestion Survey type Survey.

  3. Enter the survey name and start/end dates.

  4. Select Save.

  5. Expand the Survey Questions section, select New Survey Question.

  6. Select the Picklist type, and enter the three answer choices.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Expand the All Options icon, select Publish.

  9. Navigate to the Suggestions object as a business admin and select the appropriate Suggestion record.

  10. Select the edit icon.

  11. Expand the Suggestion Survey field to select the recently created Suggestion Survey.

  12. Select Save.
